Senior Finance Analyst, GTM

Join our Finance team as a Senior Finance Analyst focused on Go-To-Market! In this pivotal role, you'll bridge the gap between financial insights and strategic business decisions, driving growth through data-driven analysis. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to enable decision-making for GTM initiatives and help shape the future direction of our revenue-assisted business.

About the Team

Our Go-To-Market Finance team is a dynamic group of analytical thinkers who serve as strategic partners to our Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, and revenue operations teams. We blend financial expertise with business acumen to optimize spending, forecast revenue, analyze metrics, and identify growth opportunities. As a collaborative team that values diverse perspectives, we work closely with leadership to translate complex financial data into actionable business strategies that drive results.

What You'll Do

  • Business Partnership: Partner with Go-To-Market teams (Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Revenue Operations) to unlock growth opportunities and drive financial decisions.
  • Annual Planning: Support the annual planning and budgeting initiatives by analyzing relevant data and coordinating across departments. 
  • Monthly and Quarterly Forecasting: Support our bookings and GAAP revenue forecasting processes for the revenue-assisted business.
  • Capacity & Opex Planning: Own headcount planning & expense management for the GTM teams. Manage Program spend against Pipeline ROI targets alongside key Marketing stakeholders
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports for GTM leadership and stakeholders.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop ad hoc financial models for scenario planning, strategic analysis, and investment evaluation.
  • Business Analytics: Collaborate with the data team to create automated reports that track key metrics (e.g., net revenue retention, sales attainment)
  • Executive Presentation: Create presentations that translate complex financial analysis into clear insights for senior leadership.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably with GTM focus in SaaS or technology
  • Experience in financial modeling and forecasting, with exposure to SaaS sales and marketing metrics (e.g., LTV, CAC)
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail in fast-paced, multitasking environments
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across all levels of management
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; confident presenting to leadership
  • 3+ years of experience with ERP & Financial Planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment). Pigment experience is a plus.
  • Used AI tools to enhance productivity and speed up routine tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for consolidating and coordinating inputs across functions
  • Naturally curious, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
United States Base Pay Range
$133,000$166,000 USD
