Sales Development Representative, NAMER

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the front line of CircleCI's growth engine, hunting down the next generation of innovative engineering teams who are ready to revolutionize their development workflows! You'll research high-growth companies, uncover technical pain points, and craft compelling outreach campaigns that capture the attention of CTOs and engineering leaders through creative multi-channel campaigns. Your accomplishments directly impact CircleCI's revenue while building relationships with some of the most exciting tech companies in the world - making you an essential catalyst in our mission to help teams ship better code, faster. You will report to the Senior Manager of Sales Engagement.

What you’ll do

  • Conduct high-volume outreach (calls, emails, social) while providing necessary context for maintaining CRM cleanliness and tracking outcomes quantitatively to move the sales process forward.
  • Schedule sales meetings between qualified prospects and account executives
  • Identify key decision makers within new large enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Execute outbound strategies to generate qualified sales opportunities and sales pipeline, targeting enterprises and high-potential prospects.
  • Craft compelling, personalized messaging to engage prospects and drive meaningful conversations.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging, align on target personas, and incorporate customer feedback.
  • Update playbooks with data-driven insights to improve outreach efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and scheduled meetings.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years as an SDR, ideally at an early-stage startup, with a track record of consistently exceeding quarterly quotas.
  • Efficiently manage a large volume of leads and prioritize outreach activities across inbound and outbound campaigns.
  • Proficiency with sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Outreach).
  • Carry a “be the owner” mindset with your targets and projects. 
  • Possess solid written and verbal communication skills, making you a natural at engaging prospects of different persona.
  • Extremely organized and process-oriented for maintaining CRM cleanliness and tracking experiments quantitatively.
  • Familiar with sales development best practices, including effective tool use, messaging strategies, and scalable outreach.
  • Thrive in ambiguous settings, eagerly refining processes and experimenting with new growth strategies.
United States Base Pay Range
$32.69$37.50 USD
