Our organization is seeking an innovative GTM Strategy and Operations Senior Analyst who can blend analytical prowess with strategic thinking to drive exceptional business growth. In this pivotal role, you'll be the architect of data-driven strategies that optimize our go-to-market approach, working at the intersection of insights, technology, and business development.

About the Team

The GTM Strategy & Operations team is a dynamic, collaborative force dedicated to propelling organizational growth through strategic initiatives. We break down silos, working closely with marketing, sales, finance, product management, and customer success teams to create holistic, impactful strategies. Our team champions data-informed decision-making, embraces continuous improvement, and maintains a laser focus on delivering measurable results with innovative solutions.

What you'll do

  • Develop comprehensive analytics dashboards and reports that transform complex data into actionable insights, guiding strategic decision-making.
  • Lead in-depth analytics projects to uncover emerging trends, identify growth opportunities, and optimize operational effectiveness.
  • Refine forecasting models to provide accurate predictions of revenue, pipeline, and critical business metrics.
  • Build and streamline business development processes that enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to illuminate new business opportunities and emerging industry trends.
  • Collaborate across marketing, finance, and sales teams to design integrated campaigns and go-to-market strategies that amplify awareness and drive revenue.
  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and communicate the impact of business development initiatives.
  • Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment and proactively addressing potential challenges.
  • Manage CRM data integrity and reporting to support robust, data-driven decision-making.

Who you are

The ideal candidate brings a perfect blend of analytical thinking, strategic vision, and collaborative spirit. We're looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrates a natural curiosity and passion for diving deep into complex problems and uncovering innovative solutions.
  • Brings 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in sales analysis, customer success, or related strategic roles.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful, actionable insights.
  • Excels at interpreting customer engagement metrics and key performance indicators to drive business results.
  • Communicates with clarity and empathy, building bridges between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment, adept at working across diverse teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Has a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that generate measurable outcomes.

United States Base Pay Range
$143,000$178,000 USD
