CircleCI seeks an experienced Intermediate/Senior Engineer who is excited to craft the future of our internal development platform. Infrastructure Engineering

The Infrastructure Engineering team, working within the Foundations technology org, is focused on delivering a reliable platform of shared infrastructure components to host CircleCI services. The team designs, builds and operates shared production cloud infrastructure at scale with a focus on automation, observability and shared tooling.

What we're looking for:

Do you love collaboration and teamwork? Are you eager to learn new things and help others learn, too? Are you a strong communicator in both synchronous and asynchronous mediums? If so, here’s the additional qualities we’re looking for:

You are experienced in some of the languages and technologies we use and enthusiastic about learning the others. We use:

  • Golang

  • Kubernetes/Helm

  • Terraform

  • RabbitMQ

  • Hashicorp Vault

  • AWS

You have experience with being on call and incident management in general and understand observability and monitoring.

Who you are:

Ideally, you have 3+ years of infrastructure or DevOps or SRE development experience. You like to see problems and projects to completion with a demonstrated ability to lead teams that deliver high-quality code with strong testing practices.

You like to work transparently and collaboratively within a distributed team.

You strive for continuous learning and improvement for yourself and your team, providing technical mentorship wherever possible.

Canada Base Pay Range
$129,000$161,000 CAD
